Check the card and the full list

  1. Open the Overview and scroll to Upcoming Bills.
  2. Review the descriptions and due dates.
  3. Open Bill Reminders for the fuller upcoming and overdue lists.
  4. Open a bill when you need to review or change its details.

If you do not see the card, open Settings → Customize Overview Page and check the available bill cards, then return to the Overview and scroll through the page. If the bill itself is missing, look at the reminder’s due date, paid status and the bill list you have selected.

Understand the total still to pay

Total Payable adds up the bills in the list you are viewing. Check the currency and the bills included. It tells you what is due, not how much money is in your account.

For example, rent due next week may still be sitting in checking today. Seeing the balance and the rent reminder together helps explain why that money is already needed.

Record each payment once

After paying a bill, use the appropriate payment or transaction action and check the result. A bill left unpaid in the app can still look overdue even if your bank has processed the payment.

Before creating a new transaction, look for an existing payment. This matters especially for credit card bills: the payment between tracked accounts should be a transfer, while the individual purchases remain expenses.
